Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Labora! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times (estimated, after processing)
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Rest of world: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any active free-shipping offers will be applied at checkout.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States and the European Union, you (the customer) may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll help.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
